All our gecko's will be in optimal health and feeding on both gecko diets and live food before we offer them for sale.
Once your gecko(s) have been paid in full, you have committed to the animal and these terms. After 48 hours we have a strict no refund policy, however if in the extremely unlikely event of you discovering an imperfection or any problem with your gecko(s) upon arrival please inform us within 48 Hours.
Geckos sold as Female or Male will be guaranteed their gender. If on arrival of your gecko this is wrong please contact us within 48 hours to let us know and include a photograph showing pores or any other proof of the sex on the gecko(s) purchased. If the sex of the gecko is incorrect we will arrange collection of the gecko and refund you, however if you would still like to keep your gecko we will issue a partial refund.
Unfortunately we do not have visitors to our facility however you are welcome to collect your gecko(s) from our home address. We can also arrange delivery to anywhere in The UK, Europe and the USA. For other Country's please contact us.

All available Geckos are sold on a first come first served basis, please keep this in mind if you see a gecko you love.
All our Gecko's are fed on complete gecko diets and are also offered Repashy Calcium Plus dusted crickets once per week.
All our live food is gut loaded with Repashy Bug Burger Complete Feeder Insect Diet.
You can find all the diets / supplements we feed our colony of geckos on our Elite Online Store.
We only make available diets / supplements and equipment for your gecko(s) that we have tried and tested on our own gecko's and we have found to be very effective and our geckos love them.
If we do not sell it, we do not recommend it.

International Shipping Is at the buyers own risk and we can not be held accountable for any problems that occur once the gecko has left our care. We provide a signed document to say your gecko is in perfect health at the time of handing over to DDI for shipping.
